"All songs written by the Misfits™", is what the credits read but that is far from the case.

The Misfits™ songs written from 1996-2000 were actually written by individuals (or in some cases groups of 2 or more) and then brought to the group for further approval, dissection and re-working or abandonment; even record company execs were brought into the process. So, even though an individual may have written the words or music to a particular song the input of the group may have actually had alot to do with the outcome of the finished track.

The sound of The Misfits™ is equal parts Misfits (77-83), The Ramones (especially their output with Daniel Rey from 1984-1992) and Chud's own project, Sacred Trash (1994); all these elements combined to create "lightning in a bottle" as Dr. Chud has described the 1996-2000 period.
