Danzig had been in and out of the studio since 2008 and on June 22, 2010 Glenn was finally ready to release his latest creation, Deth Red Sabaoth. It was the band's first new album in 6 years. The band did a string of dates from June 10th through 27th and had previously performed a show on April 24th of that year.

Jerry had recruited Eric "Goat" Arce to fill the drummer's seat; he had previously helped Jerry out in 2000 when Dr. Chud had left the band. They headed out in April of that year for 4 dates overseas and one on July 9th, 2010. Also in July they spent several months in Denver with producer Ed Stasium recording material for a new release followed by more touring from September 1st, 2010 through December 12th of that year.

In October Glenn launched another Blackest of the Black tour beginning on October 25th, 2010 through November 2nd; the bands on the bill were Danzig, Possessed, Marduk, Toxic Holocaust and Withered.
2011 brought some more touring beginning on April 9th through June 17th. The Devil's Rain was released on October 4th, 2011; it was the first full album of original material from The Misfits™ since 1999's Famous Monsters. The album was primarily written by Jerry Only save for two tracks (Jack the Ripper and Death Ray) which were penned by Dez Cadena. The tour had already begun on October 2nd, 2011 and ran until December 4th, 2011.

In October of that year Glenn celebrated his entire discography with the Danzig Legacy; the first Danzig Legacy show was on October 7th, 2011 at RiotFest Chicago. The shows were comprised of 3 separate sets a Danzig, Samhain and Misfits; 4 of them were performed that year.
The Misfits™ began yet another round of touring beginning on February 1st, 2012 through April and again on October 12th through December 8th, 2012.
The Misfits™ (2012)
The Danzig Legacy shows continued in 2012 with 9 shows being performed that year; the first on June 5th and the last on May 26th. Doyle was once again invited out to join Glenn during the Misfits sets during several of these appearances. On May 29th two shows were performed and videotaped for later release; the shows were "invite only" (limited to 150 tickets) and the location wasn't disclosed until the day prior via e-mail to those attending.

In 2013 Glenn celebrated the 25th Anniversary of Danzig with a tour beginning on April 17th and running off and on through October 31st of that year; Once again Doyle tagged along to perform during the Misfits sets during most of the tour. Doyle had recently released his new album Abominator but his band (now renamed Doyle) wouldn't begin touring until 2014.
On February 5th, 2013 Misfits Records released De.A.D. Alive!; this was the Misfits™ second live album since 1998's limited Evilive II. The band toured for the release beginning on April 1st through April 9th; performing a show on July 19th as well prior to picking the tour back up on August 4th through December 19th of that year.

2014 brought another round of heavy touring for The Misfits™ beginning on January 1st and running off and on (around 70 shows) until December 21st, 2014. At their August 16th show at Hadad's Lake in Richmond, VA (The 5th Annual Gwar-bq) Jerry Jr. made his debut on guitar; Jerry had mentioned Jerry Jr. joining the band as far back as 2001 when the band appeared on The X Show. Jerry had previously been working with the band behind the scenes and his (short-lived) band Desinence actually opened some Misfits™ shows back in 2001.

Samhain was brought back in 2014 for 30 Bloody Years; their first show was on September 13th and the last on November 1st. Danzig also did several shows that year.

FLAG was initially formed in late 2011 with Keith Morris, Chuck Dukowski, Bill Stevenson and Stephen Egerton (Descendents) when they performed the complete Nervous Breakdown EP at GV 30; Dez joined them for a string of dates in 2013.
In July 2015 Glenn took to the road again beginning on July 11th and running through the 31st of that month prior to launching Blackest of the Black on October 3rd; the shows ran until October 31st and included Danzig, Superjoint, Veil of Maya, Prong and Witch Mountain. Danzig also made a special appearance on a double bill with Rob Zombie on October 30th at The Joint in Las Vegas, NV.

"My attitude with covers is if you’re just gonna try and do it exactly like the original artist then just leave it alone, because it’s just going to sound like a bad copy of the original artist’s version, and everyone’s already heard the original artist’s version a million times. My attitude is to bring my sound to it and my take on it. For example, [Dave Allan & The Arrows’] “Devil’s Angels” or The Troggs cover [“With a Girl Like You”]—I just made them really punky."~Glenn Danzig, The Weekly, October 28th, 2015
